Micro S!Cool

ItS!cool to Learn by Living, and fun to be around (your) kids.

Designed to be fun and educational, supporting parents who need to work around their kids, and kids who want to learn as fast as they are willing and able, unconstrained and without boxes or barriers. 

From a base in the woods, excursions are made around a fun and flexible format.

12 kids have 24 parents and 48 Grandparents ( plus siblings ) providing a team to "teach" by sharing one's passion with willing listeners in small bite sized chunks, often while on the move.... Resistant kids are allowed to move to a more challenging space and learn another topic... Thus maximising learning for the others.

Interesting guest speakers provide stimulating inputs for all ages, including parents, delivering lifelong lifewide learning. Zooming in is possible of course.

- invite toddler group to Lindwurm - Friday & Tuesday mornings, plus Sunday mixers

- invite hort group to Lindwurm - Friday & Tuesday afternoons, plus Sunday mixers

- invite "learnlings" to Lindwurm - Friday, Saturday & Tuesday evenings , plus Sunday mixers

target - 12 groups of 12 kids by June 30, crossover 1-3 times per week at Lindwurm Fri/Sun/Tue

and then pass on in exchange for another Bag of Books. 

3 Bags over 3 weeks. Meet at the end with two other kids to share thoughts.

6 parents free for 30-90 minutes, then swap/rotate with the other 6 

Allowing time with kids, and time to work

Demo Days to promote the concept:-

                    Can also work with 6 parents and 6 kids as a more manageable group to start... 

Can be run over a week .... or in 2 x 3 days... 

and the matrix can expand in any location, so that teams can meet other teams locally...

 in some locations I could see this expand to 12 groups of 144 learning, earning and playing together 

all week long, a bit like in the big schools in Crawley where I grew up...

In my recruitment practice, I met lots of people who are unhappy about their career choices, and some don't even know what they would like to do at the age of 40. Is this due to receiving the wrong education, or an insufficient education?
Let me make a radical statement: no, it is not, I believe it’s not even a problem at all!
It’s simply an indication that the person is potentially capable of more than one specialization, and isn’t satisfied being confined to one narrow path for the rest of their lives.

Your bold statement is true Aksinya. In my lifetime l started as an economist ( BCom)add HEd experienced teaching , evolved in Human Resources as Director for Volkswagen then into organisational design strategist and Human Development Strategist (Masters in Industrial Psychology and MPhil in Futures Studies)doing consulting work from corporations to world work as a spiritual warrior of Nirmalites. At the heart of it always “people centric “ values to improve our collective relationships with Mother Earth from individuals/ communities/societies/ beyond boarders… this ripple effect is always about touching lives and allowing our Spirit free. Looking back of my 5 decades of working career life it evolved as we are all potentially more than one specialisation.l am now enjoying more time for arts and music (painting ;woodcarving;playing the harmonium; writing;golf and dancing).I was a loose canon 😃(still am)-pushed my boundaries,l encourage everyone to do the same.
