I came to Vienna April 1st 1999, knowing it was the City of Dreams

Here is one dream that has come true for Vienna, now to spread it more widely

Content - there is great content. Access - many people do not have good access. Funding - how to channel funding to provide everyone with the same internet access as we have, for communication, learning and the rest
