Ask your students to pick an animal to be, what would you pick, and what features do they have and why ?
- I said elephant - slow but never forgets.
Then ask them to move to groups of same animal and discuss the questions. then move to another group and discuss and defend your animal choice....
Good as ice breaker in meetings too. we did this in my creative mgt course B882 from Open University Business School MBA Progam, in 1994, it has changed its title now, but not the impact on my life... Let's get more creative
