Learn about soft skills and how to utilize them in an effective way. It is a combination of
people skills, social and communication skills The first topic is Mindfulness mediation
which will be used in every session. Each topic flows right into the next one for practice
and understanding
PREREQUISITES NONE
OUTCOMES
Every class start with sitting mindfulness meditation with a guided
commentary and then finish with a walking mindfulness meditation with
breathing watching the breath etc.
