Very early days, exploring ideas for 2024 & 2025
Based on concepts running in Vienna, the City Camps for kids,
Schoolchildren up to 12 years of age who live in Vienna can spend their holidays in the Summer City Camps.
The Summer City Camps take place from 3 July to 1 September 2023, Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm. Children can be registered by the week. The fee for one child is at EUR 60 per week including lunch. There are 30,000 places available.
Exercise is a major focus of the Summer City Camps. But also excursions into nature, cultural events, and technical workshops are part of the programme.
The Summer City Camps also offer an inclusive programme and professional care for children with disabilities.
Registration started on 20 April 2023.

Exercise would be seen as a big part, trying new sports, and old ones. Art, theatre, music and dance would be popular. Learning and improving English would play a major part also, with things like interactive sessions, online learning, pair work with native speakers or other learners abroad etc
