Suggestion for SundayS’cool - Trial Run -  demonstrate The Learning Space in three venues to a group of 12 at each space. Set date - 6th August -

focus on learning about Africa in preparation for Africa Tage testing

a. the preLearning and b. the connections by zoom to Africans keen

to be available for sessions at Afrika Tage. Invitations on Eventbrite. Target age range 5 to 21, Parents welcome. Suggested timing below:-

Pizzeria Mama Mia 15:00 to 15:45 hrs  - A Learning Space session for

12 learners buying pizza,  coffee or beer

Pickwicks 17:00 to 17:45 hrs  - A Learning Space session for 12 learners

buying drinks, coffee or beer

The Tube Station 19:00 to 19:45 hrs - A Learning Space session for

12 learners buying coffee or beer

The intention of The Learning Street is to provide their membership

community with free & fee courses in free & fee internet connected

learning spaces. The Learning Space is a room of 25m2 with art on

the walls and wifi where 12 learners come each hour thru the day to

sit together and follow their individual learning plans. This access

through partnering with existing spaces and building new ones where

they do not exist.

1st Draft: The Learning Space - Afrika Tage Program 2023

Purpose -  demonstrate The Learning Space at Afrika Tage to a group of up to 12 in each session. Key dates -

14th 21st 28th  August. Focus on learning about Africa and Africans

through a. the preLearning and b. Learning by Eating at the event and

c. meeting Africans in person and online.  These Africans are keen to

be available for sessions at Afrika Tage. Ticketing on Eventbrite. Target age range 5 to 21, Parents welcome. Current plan below:-

14th 10am PreLearning zoom with …  11am eating together i  … 12 midday

eating together ii …13:00  eating together iii …. 14:00  kids session Ghana … 

15:00 …. 16:00 Adult session connecting to Issa, Jonathan, Wilmot

17:00 Adult session to Rachael, Wanjira, Augusta ( zoom in from show or

from home or office
